Any unused visit during the month may be gifted to a friend or family member. 
$10 credit towards skincare purchases and other services.
Automatic drafts are deducted monthly.
No registration fee to join, and no fee to cancel.
Must cancel at least 30 days prior to your draft date with a written notice.

Silver botox membership

$300.00 at the time of your appointment, $125.00 per month for 1 year.

This is for those who can't be without their Botox but feels they can go a little bit longer and do their Botox every 4 months.

All touch up's (A touch up is 2 weeks later, no more than 4 weeks) and serves to ensure you got enough at your first appointment

All contracts are for 1 year, starting the date of your first treatment.  Early cancellation is subject to a $200 fine.

$500.00 at the time of your appointment, $159.00 per month for 1 year.
